Medical Quality Management Supervisor
Location: Quang Binh and Quang Tri Provinces
MAG is a not-for-profit organization clearing landmines, unexploded ordnance (UXO) and other remnants of conflict for the benefit of communities worldwide. MAG has been working in Vietnam since 1999. Due to expanded operations, MAG has the requirement for a Medical Quality Management Supervisor to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are implemented during the day to day running of operations within the MAG Vietnam Programme.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Have a high level of understanding/working knowledge of how the implementation of relevant SOPs are applied in the field
- To provide medical oversight, expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of affordable and high quality medical services provided by projects’ medics.
- To provide appropriate training/refresher training to all new and current medics within the programme.
- Develop and implement strategic goals related to the medical quality improvements that are consistent with international medical standards within the Mine Action sector.
- University/College graduate with relevant professional knowledge and skills.
- Appropriate medical skills, knowledge and experience,
- Strong people management skills.
- Working experience in the non-profit sector and in a multi-cultural environment;
- Good communication skills, good IT skills;
- Ability to work in both Vietnamese and English languages will be highly regarded, but is not essential
- Willingness to travel frequently between Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces.
